  • Incorrect Size: If you find that the size of the purchased nursing bra is not suitable within 7 days of receipt, we are happy to provide an exchange service. Please note that the shipping fee for the exchange will be your responsibility.

  • Product Discrepancy: Due to individual design preferences, color perception, and variations from personal expectations, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons of product discrepancy. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

To protect the rights of our customers, we are unable to accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

  • Goods with stains, washed, or altered by any means, displaying evident signs of wear and tear or odors (such as perfume or smoke)

  • Items lacking product labels or with labels removed.
